​New Society of EBP

The Australia & New Zealand Society of Evidence Based Policing (ANZSEBP) was formed in April 2013 in Brisbane, Australia. The society remains an independent police practitioner-led body with the aim of building and increasing the application of data, evidence, and insight in policing.

Evidence-based policing: effective policing through substantiated interventions and decision-making based on the best available knowledge.
