Madison Charman
Madison is an Organizational Researcher at the Barrie Police Service, where she has championed applied research since 2020. Holding a BA and MA in criminology, and currently pursuing her PhD, she bridges academia with policing. Madison focuses on translating evidence-based methodologies into actionable strategies, ensuring research drives operational and strategic decision-making.
